Debra Elizabeth Espey March 12, 1973 Niceville, Okaloosa County, Florida. On March 12, 1973, Debra Elizabeth Espey, 19 year old white female, went missing from the Okaloosa Walton Jr. College (OWJC), in Niceville, Florida. The missing persons investigation was initiated by the Niceville Police Department (NPD), and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), took over as the lead investigative agency. On April 17, 1973, the body of Ms. Espey was located off of Rock Bayou Road, by a subject from the U.S Air Force Base who was riding an off road motorcycle. Ms. Espey’s body was located buried in a shallow grave. The grave site was located just north of State Road 20 (now John Sims Parkway), and east of Rocky Bayou Drive. The area, at the time of Ms. Espey’s death, was a wooded, none residential area. Ms. Espey was brutally beaten to death, and was nude from the waist down. The incident appeared to be sexually motivated. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), are investigating the murder. 2015-11-26 20:34:27 - Robert: Mr Lee, It entertains me that you fail to mtienon in your rambling nonsense that your friend plead guilty to all charges and the entire event was caught on video. The video is evidence that can be viewed at any time. If your friend wasn't acting like an idiot he wouldn't have had any problems.
