I came across your story and first off wanted to offer my condolences.. I want to help in any way I can for the sakes of her kids and to not have them worry about this or these scumbags which are still on the street - I wanted to offer some things I found...Quite honestly it seems to me that Carla was to blame and got the help she needed from Jabo and maybe others... Not sure if you have this info but I did a search on google for Jabo Giddens, he has a DJ/mix site for his music (not very good).. and on there is a Carla Castle (aka Carla Giddens/Warden according  to a search in Intellius that shows relatives of Jabo) and Geri (aka Gerldine E. Giddens, a relative of both) Links are below:

Also, I found an arrest record for a Carla V. Castle on Hillsborough's site and noticed you don't have a picture of her, you can get it from there.

Not sure if this helps in the least but it can't hurt to give you all the info in case you needed it.  I truly hope you find them and find closure for those little ones.

Tandy has a daughter, I think David William Owen is the father if that helps.  She moved out of Tampa a while ago to Frostproof Florida.

I think David William Owen worked at Broadway Tire, he may still work there. If he's involved, it could explain how Jabo and Woody know.

was told the house with the new carpet is on 57th street

Many people partied at Kenny Long's house.  There is a shed in the back where people slept and smoked crack, Tracy was there a lot.  I would check that shed.

You know how rumors go, but this is what i was told today, that one of the Warden sisters, boyfriend was having relations with Tracy, and the sister was jealous of Tracy and stabbed her, then called the other sister asking for her help to hide what she had done. but then i was told about a house that belongs to Norma Hand, i believe she is jabo and woodys sister, not sure how she figures in all of this but that is supposedly the house that the carpet was replaced in.

My friend is adamant that the drug dealing old man who rented rooms to prostitutes and then sold them drugs name is Tom. Tracy was at the house, when my friend went there that night, He told me that she would pick her clothes apart till she had none on, so the Shirt thing is interesting.

someone i know who was at a crack house in orent area,(straight across the street from serigos house and to the left i think is where the duplex is)  told me he saw Tracy there a couple of weeks, before she was found murdered. we told the (hcso) police about this, and they said  they already knew about this man and checked the guy out, who was a known crack dealer, I forgot his name but he was on oxygen  and was a old man, the person i know, was only at the duplex for a short time to buy, but the (crack dealing) old man rented out rooms for prostitutes to do tricks, then they would have money to buy crack from him. and that is what he said tracy was doing but someone there (the old man would have to have information or discription of who she left with. the person i know, said he does not know the exact date, but the fair was in town so it had to be February. the fair was in town from Feb 8th to the 19th. so the time line fits as to when Tracy went missing. he knows this because he had to ride past the fair grounds to get to the duplex. I as a parent hope that they find who did this and know only what i have told you.But I hope they find who took Tracy away from her family.

the old man at the duplex was named tom, and my friend said that a guy named
orville hung around there and was violent,he would pull a knife and rob
people of their drugs, dont know if this will help any but good luck

Hi Res jpg

About Us

Her Body was found buried in a shallow grave at 211 North 71st Street (aka Six Mile Creek), Tampa Florida on March 6th, 2007 - she had been there for approximately 3 weeks.  Time/date of death is estimated to be February 16th or 17th, 2007 between midnight and 3am

Tracy lived two lives - one as a loving mother willing to do anything for her children only one semester from graduating from USF, the other as a prostitute and drug addict (heroin and crack)

This behavior began after the suicide of her brother (he had been hospitalized with schizophrenia) - she became severely depressed, was medicated with Prozac and Zoloft and possibly other medications.  Over time, she developed a resistance and when her doctors wouldn't increase the dosage anymore, she began to self medicate.  This eventually lead to the abuse of various legal and illegal drugs.

She remained close to her parents, particularly her mother

She sometimes squatted at a set of apartments located at 3619 Orient Road

Theory One
Tracy was killed in a house, then moved moved to 2110 North 71st Street (Sweeping Company).  The carpet in this house was then replaced.  If this is true, we need to locate the carpet (and possibly a mattress and/or sheets) which would be covered in blood.

Theory Two
Tracy left a known crack house with Orville Kerr (and possibly others) to go to Circle K.  Orville Kerr (and possibly others) returned to the house without her.

Theory Three
Tracy was killed in a house as mentioned in Theory One, then the people in that house simply told authorities that she left and didn't return as a cover.

One thing is very clear - numerous people know exactly what happened.  They have two choices:

1.  Remain silent and get prosecuted as an accessory to murder when we find you (yes, we will find you).

2.  Contact us or the authorities and disclose what you know.

Information Needed - What We Don't Know

It is rumored that Tracy was killed in a house, then transported to the sweeping company lot where she was found.  People have said that the carpet in this house was later replaced.  If this is true, where is the original carpet?  Where is the transport vehicle?

Trace IP Wanted for Questioning? - Call 202-403-2999 to speak to one of our volunteers

Who Killed Me is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting families who have lost a loved one to violent crime. There are literally thousands of murders each year which languish in police files while desperate families wait hopelessly for answers that may ease their suffering. We take these cases from the bottom of the files and moves them up to the top. We start at the beginning, with no bias, and re-examine all existing evidence. With sophisticated computer technology, crime photos are enhanced for new leads, background data is gathered, and group meetings are held to obtain a range of ideas and input. We have an extensive variety of volunteers working with us, including private investigators, handwriting experts, psychologists, and legal advisors. We also believe in involving the bereaved family to the extent that they are able; experience has proven to us that bad news is easier to live with than no news. We have seen grief slowly dissipate as survivors begin to take an active part in dealing with their tragedy, rather than remaining an isolated victim.

We share all information with the appropriate law enforcement agency, who may use it for potential arrests and solutions.

While law enforcement does an excellent job the truth is there are many cases they simply can't solve on their own.  This is due to limited resources (spread thin) and the freshness of evidence.  As a community we can help them make a difference, we can bring new eyes to a case, new ideas, and new information.

We survive on your donations.  If you can help, please click the button below, every dollar counts.

With your help, we can solve the unsolvable.
